You can monitor how you feel in the morning and be able to control your hunger levels.
The ability to tune into your body is one of the biggest differences between a body and a mind. When I was in high school I hated my body so much that I would avoid going to school entirely. I didn’t want to have to see what it was that I had been doing to my body. I started to spend as much time in nature as I could so I could tune into my body and be more connected to my inner self.
Now that I’ve been getting back into shape, my hunger levels are much better, and I can control them better. My body is a lot more like a computer, and I can be a lot more connected to my body’s inner self by learning how to tune into it. My body has this tendency to get stuck in the groove and get stiff all the time, and I can learn to tune into my body and get out of that.
I’m not sure if this is going to work for everyone, but I had a very tough time last week with some of my health issues. I started to get really stiff in the morning and my calves were always really stiff at night. I’ve been back to my regular chiropractor and have been in the gym a lot more, and chiropractic is really helping a lot with my body aches, pains, and stiffness.

My son has the same issue, which you mentioned. At the gym I was told by his physical therapist to stay off the elliptical machine. My back is not doing well since I’ve been doing the elliptical. I started going to another gym to lift today and I can feel my back again. I’m not really sure if this is going to work for everyone, but I hope it does.
