This video was created as part of the Camarena Health & Wellness (CHW) Project, a national initiative to raise awareness about the health and wellness benefits of the camarena.
You can find the project’s first Camarena Health amp Wellness video on YouTube, which features a ton of camarena enthusiasts discussing their favorite songs.
We also uploaded a second video, which was created for the purpose of highlighting the health benefits of a variety of camarenoideas. This includes the many types of music that can enhance a camareno song’s performance, like classical, pop and hip-hop.
Camarena is an integral part of Latin culture, so it’s amazing that it’s been around for so long and still seems like something that works. I’m not sure there’s any science behind the benefits of the camarena, but I’m certainly curious about it. Maybe one day I’ll share the science of the camarena with you.
So far, a camareno’s primary goal is to sing. This is achieved when the caminero and the audience are in sync with each other, creating an atmosphere that’s like living in a dream. When this happens, the audience and the caminero both feel the same emotion at the same time, which creates a “flow” between the two.
I’ve never heard of a camareno that can sing. So far I’ve only seen them perform it like a band.
Yes, yes it’s true, it’s a good idea. It doesn’t have to be a totally rock ‘n roll dance music, just something that has the same feeling as a rock’n roll band. It could be an actual rock ‘n roll band, or just a singer with a guitar, or even a group of musicians, but I think it would have to be a whole bunch of people.
Its a good idea because it creates a flow between the two emotions. For example, say youre about to do a hard workout and you cant do it. Then youre like, ahh, I should just do that instead. It creates a flow between the two at the same time. Of course its a good idea because you could potentially have some bad emotions while youre doing it. Ive seen it happen at work, when Ive been stressed, and thats not good.
But its not good in a lot of cases because it is a form of “self-deception”, as people with a lot of anxiety can do. In the case of musicians, the whole point of a concert is to create a false feedback loop of “I’m going to show up and the audience gets what they want”.
In the case of music, the point of a concert is to create a false feedback loop of I will show up and the audience gets what they want. Its not actually the same as what you want. Its a different goal than what you want.
