This is the food I miss most on a weekly basis. I am a fan of the “new normal” and can’t relate to the reality of those who are “living the past.” There are so many great things happening to me and all the best part of it is I can be anywhere in a short amount of time and don’t have to be constantly worried about what’s going on in my life.
Claymichaels are a new, high-quality, vegan, gluten-free soy-based product. They are also gluten-free (which is why they are vegan), dairy-free, and egg-free. They are available as a dry-roasted snack or baked in a bread-slice. They are available in a variety of flavors, but I think my favorites are the coconut-chocolate, cherry-coconut, and the savory chocolate.
I like them all. They each have a different texture, a different taste, and a different level of sweetness. I think they are the best vegan alternative to regular chips, chips, or nuggets.
These are not the only vegan alternative snack options. There are vegan chips and vegan chips with rice, vegan crackers, vegan nuggets, and even vegan crackers with rice. All of these snacks fall somewhere between the original and the vegan version.

You can buy vegan chips at the supermarket or at any Asian grocer that carries vegan foods. The best kinds of vegan chips are made with tofu, soy, rice, and/or almond flour. I love vegan crackers because they are made without any added sugar.
