Of course, I would love to help you, but I’m not a doctor, and I’m not a therapist, I’m just someone who makes sure you get the right therapist. The big difference is that my training is in the field of physical therapy, and my education is in the field of human performance. This is a new term for me, so Ill let you decide if you want me to teach you the difference.
A new term, and in truth its a pretty useful one. I know that, like most people, I have a vague idea of what healthy means, and I would love to find a way to help you decide what it means for you. So I’ll be talking about health and fitness. The reason that is useful is because, like most people, I like to workout.
Fitness is generally a good thing. We are genetically programmed to live long, and I think that we do it better if we learn how to do it and how to do it well. The problem is, most people are not good at it, and most people don’t like doing it. So there is a good chance that we will continue to get sick and die as a result of our bodies not working to their best capacity.
The good news is that one of the ways we can get better at fitness is by learning how to do it. It’s hard to do it right, and if you do it wrong you can wind up dead. So the goal of college of health and human performance uf is to learn the right way to do it.
The focus is on getting better at fitness. We start with basic movements like walking and jogging. We then move on to more complex and challenging movements like doing pushups, sitting ups, etc. Later we want to do things like weight lifting, swimming, and running. Eventually we want to get more advanced and do some things like surfing and bike riding.
This is a great list of moves, but it also shows that college of health and human performance uf isn’t about getting in shape. It’s about learning how to actually do the things you want to do. So we do most of the exercises in the video by ourselves with no instruction from the video. It’s about getting on our bikes and going out and doing things. Also, we don’t tell you how to do the moves.
We could have just had her do them all, but as it turns out, its really about the moves. But we dont just have to just do all of them. The video teaches you how to do some basic moves. You dont have to watch the video all the time though. You can watch it a few times and just keep it near you. And you can try the moves out on other people in different positions until you get the right combination.
The video is a bit long, so I put it on my blog. But I think that if I could just get them to show it to more people it would be a more effective tool. I think that if anyone is serious about using it to work out their health and fitness, they would be interested in it. What I’ve seen is that it is probably more useful to the fitness enthusiast.
