I’ve been getting a lot of inquiries about health and wellness lately. I’m honored to share my experiences and insights with you. I’ve been going to the gym for about 6 months now, and I’m always amazed at how many people are always asking me how to build muscle.
Well as it turns out, building muscle is one thing, but getting lean and toned requires more than just the gym. For starters, it takes time. You need to eat right, drink a lot of water, and rest enough so that the muscles don’t atrophy. And you need to do it consistently to keep your body healthy. But you don’t have to do it every day. My advice to you is to take it easy for a while.
So the good news is that you can build lean muscle in your own home. That is, if you have the time and the inclination.
There are a variety of ways to achieve this goal. For starters, you can do it while watching TV, or during the day if you’re a couch potato. But the most basic form of this exercise for the average person is to run. You can run on the treadmill, stationary bike, or the treadmill at a set speed. The idea is to mimic the action of running, and then to use that repetition to build muscle.
The problem with this is that it’s quite hard to make it happen. The same holds true when it comes to eating right. People who are doing these exercises are also eating properly. They are not just eating vegetables and fruits. If you eat the right amount of vegetables and fruits, the right amount of protein, it is extremely beneficial to start with and to continue with.
Of course that’s not the only problem. The other is that it’s hard to keep up with the pace. This is because the intensity of exercise is dependent on the amount of time you’re spending on your treadmill, and you can’t control or even predict how long you’re on it. The same holds true with eating. We must eat an adequate amount of protein and vegetables to start with and must continue with.
This is why we can’t expect the same results as the rest of the world. A lot of the time we can’t even get the protein we need, because we eat something that isn’t enough. This is because there’s no way to accurately measure the amount of protein in our food.
We are all so busy doing what we do that we don’t think about how much protein we need in a given meal, or how long were on the treadmill.
Because our bodies are not designed to handle this much protein, we must supplement with foods that are high in protein and carbohydrates. That means carbs like corn or wheat and protein like meat and eggs.
The problem is that you cant really measure protein, because we do not have a scale to measure the amount of protein that we need. So for instance, if you weigh yourself and you are overweight, you know you have protein (meat, fat, and carbs) so you eat a meal with protein instead of carbs. But what if you are underweight? You dont have any protein, so you just eat carbs and fat, even though you are eating protein.
