I still don’t understand why I put a lid on the paper cup. Why the hell would I put something that easy in a pan in the first place? If I am going to cook and then just pour the mix in the pan, it should be in the pan. Of course, the mess I made is evident, and I am ashamed of the amount of mess I created.
My last two cups were in the sink, but they were only on the rim of the pan. So this is my best attempt at a paper cup. It’s a little bit bigger than a cup, but it’s still a paper cup. I’m not sure if this is the most fun or most effortless cup I’ve made, but I’m still having a ton of fun.
One of the goals of paper cups is to have a bit of extra air to them so they can “pop out” from the pan a bit easier. The trick to making this one is to break the cup up into four layers before you pour the mix in. This makes it easier to just slide the mix in the cup without having to use a spatula.
If you have a hot cup, the easiest way to do this is to break up the cup in sections instead of one large size. This can lead to some messy breakage of the bottom of the pan.
I do not recommend you use the hot cup method, but if you do, this is the easiest way to break up the cup.
