There are a lot of articles on fitness, but what many have not mentioned is the importance of nutrition. I think if you look at a lot of popular articles, they are all about how you need to cut calories, or how you need to eat the right foods, but very little about how your nutrition plays a big role in being healthy and looking good.
As a nutritionist, I am always looking for new ways to improve my health. I try to work as much as possible in the gym, because I know how important it is to get in a good body shape. I also try to eat better when I am working out as well. Since I do a lot of traveling, I try to make sure I eat well when I am out in the field.
