Elevation behavioral health is the study of behavioral changes in response to environmental or social variables.
Basically, it’s the study of how the environment affects our behavior in general.
The idea of elevation is that we have a certain amount of control over our environment. If we have some control, we can alter that by consciously making a change to our environment. It’s called a cognitive behavioral change because it’s a way of altering our environment through our mind. Elevation is a good way to think about self-awareness of what you do in your surroundings.
Elevation awareness is a subject that has many levels of self-awareness. The first level is to recognize how other people react to your behavior and how they are affected by your behavior. The second is to be able to recognize yourself in that reaction. The third is to be able to recognize what you are actually doing and what is truly important to you. The next level is to recognize what you are doing in your environment and how it is affecting other people.
The way you behave around people in your life is probably an element of the third level of self-awareness. One of the questions I get most is, how do you know you are behaving the way you do? When I was in high school, I asked everyone in the class if they were aware of their behavior, and everyone answered in the negative. This was especially true of guys.
I’m not sure what they thought they were doing, but I do know what I did do. I was the biggest idiot in class, and I was often asked to leave the class, and so was everyone else. I’m sure I could have been a great teacher, but I was just a jerk.
Behavior health is a way to determine if something is abnormal or abnormal behavior. A lot of things we do may not be abnormal behavior, but we are doing it because we don’t know what else to do. I was in school, I was in the class, I wore a uniform, but I was also a jerk. I was the biggest idiot in the class. I was also the biggest jerk.

Elevation behavioral health is a measurement of how someone is reacting to their environment, their thoughts, and their actions. For example, if your behavior is erratic, your environment may be too, and you may need to adjust your environment.
