If you can improve your attitude and outlook on life, you can help other people as well. It’s the easiest way to improve your own health.
This one seems simple enough, but it’s not that simple. For one, people need to be on the same wavelength about their own bodies. If they’re not, they need to do some serious exercises, but they also need to understand that their bodies are not an excuse to get out there and just live out a miserable existence. In the old days, people thought that if you were married, your marriage was over. In the new world, we just accept that a marriage can last a thousand years or more. You never have your relationship with each other defined by who you are, but by the overall state of your relationship.
