hm health solutions is just a name that I put on this website to make people understand that I have a serious problem with diabetes. This website is a place to talk about my struggles with health, be it diabetes, asthma, ADHD, depression, or any number of other things.
This website’s main purpose is to show that there are thousands of people out there like me who have similar struggles. I don’t know how many of us have similar health issues. Most of us just deal with them alone. But then there’s a handful of us who really do want to make a difference in the world and we need our communities to know that there are others out there who feel the same emotions we do.
I hope you like our website. Because most of us have the same health issues, we can reach an audience that doesn’t often get to the point where they can change their own lives, and we can reach an audience who just want to help.

Yeah, I don’t even know what we can share in this website, because I’m always on my phone or in the middle of a call. That’s because I’m not feeling well and it’s the only thing I can do. I’m going to change that. I’m going to make that website a little more like a diary, where I can write about my health and my feelings and what I’m doing, and maybe my thoughts and what I’m thinking.
It’s not just a website though. As part of the new website, we’re also adding a podcast. We already have a few episodes, but this is our first one. You can find it at www.healthsolutions.ca. We’re still working out the kinks, but it should be up and running in the next week or so.
The podcast episode is called “What I’m Thinking About”. It’s a fun way for people to “listen” to the website, hear what you guys are thinking, and maybe tell you what a certain question is about.
We’re not sure if the podcast will be as popular as the website, but we’re pretty sure we can make it work. It’s in the same vein as our website in that it’s not just a blog. It’s a podcast that has a bunch of guests who drop in to talk about their favorite thing. But unlike our website, it still has a clean, clear, easy to understand interface.
The idea is that we will feature a bunch of people who are experts in a certain subject. However, the idea is that we will be able to hear from all of the experts. The goal is to have a lot of different topics and people talk about them (and have some great questions that are easy to answer) so that when we reach the end of the podcast, we can be sure that we cover everything that everyone is talking about.
