One of the biggest challenges that I face as an adult is trying to figure out what is happening in my life. I always feel so overwhelmed by it, so I want to know what is wrong. I’m always looking for signs that things are going wrong, and I’m so afraid that I’ll never figure it out. My favorite book when it comes to understanding what is going on is the book Mindfulness in Plain English by Jonathan Morgan.
Well, that’s a great book. I highly recommend it. But for me, I think the best way to understand what is going on in my life is by looking at my thoughts. To me, that is how I know what is right or wrong.
Our team at Horizon is trying to create a mindfulness app that will give people a more clear picture of what is going on in their lives. This is a really interesting concept and the team is trying to make it more accessible by giving users access to a simple app that allows them to track their thoughts and feelings. This will allow them to have a better understanding of who they are and what they want to achieve in life.
The app is still in beta form and is only available for Android. We do have a few people on the Horizon team who are really enthusiastic about the idea and they have been doing a lot of testing. The app is still in its early stages, so feedback is extremely welcome.
Horizon currently is a Facebook-based application and the idea was originally to create a platform for people who are suffering from mental illness in the US. Instead of having to go to a hospital or a psychiatric facility where they’d be locked up for weeks or months, people could use these apps to track their thoughts and feelings. It’s very much an experiment, but it’s still something that might work.
It’s a free app and you can track your mood, your weight, and any other physical activities you do. The current team is very active in the mental health community, and they have a ton of experience in this area. For example, one of their founders was in a suicide crisis and he helped his team develop the app. I think the app would be perfect for an app that helps people suffering from bipolar disorder, severe schizophrenia, etc.
The idea behind horizon is that there are few mental illness treatment programs available in the United States, and the ones that do exist have long waiting lists. So what they’re doing is offering a free app that works with anyone who is willing to use it. The goal is to make it easier for people to access mental health treatment. And I think that’s a great idea.
The app works like this: Users click a button on the site and it opens up a webpage where they can go to the website of a mental health clinic. The website will have a sign up form, and then a few screens to help them decide if they want to sign up for the free app. Then its just a matter of clicking a “download” button and that’s how the app will be downloaded and installed on the users phone.
The goal of the website was to introduce users to a health-focused mental health portal that wasn’t a medical website or a prescription site. So it has a little bit of everything. It encourages people to talk about how they’re feeling, what they’re doing, and what they’re doing to cope with their mental health issues.
There are a lot of health topics out there, but the ones that really caught my eye and made me want to get involved were the ones about mental health. The idea to have a mental health section is so simple but it seemed so important to me that I wanted to help out.
