What looks good to you, may not be good to him. So that might be something worth keeping in mind the next time you go out to buy a new ornament.
What the video doesn’t say is that it takes about three minutes to draw the ornament. In reality, you’ll probably have to do it three times. And you’ll have to use a lot of your finger nails, because you’ll need to get the whole thing in just one stroke. You’ll also need to make sure that the ink goes all the way across your ornament. It’s a lot easier with a brush. The actual drawing is about 8 minutes long.
The video does say that youll need to use your fingers as well as a brush, but the real reason is that the ink doesn’t go all the way across the tip. The whole thing is done with the ink going in one stroke, so you only need a little bit of pressure to get it there.
That’s an easy one. Ive only used a very tiny brush before, but a really tiny brush will take you a long time. If youre really good, you can do it in a few seconds. I usually just use the tip of my finger to draw, but you can use your nail or even your thumbnail. For a quick and easy ornament, I like to use a nail so the ink doesn’t run everywhere.
