I don’t do this all the time but it is something that should come up very quickly if you are not careful.
It seems to be a common occurrence in my office. During my morning meeting the VP of marketing calls me and asks how he’s doing. I usually tell him, “I’m fine.” But because there’s no time to sit down and talk about anything else, I tell him that I was just reading about a recent study that concluded that reading can be dangerous.
Reading is the most common cause of sleep apnea, and the study linked the two, but there is a much wider variety of disorders that can cause sleepiness. It seems to be that we are more easily distracted when we are in a hurry or have a lot to do. This is especially true if we are trying to get to sleep. With that in mind, I wanted to remind you that the sleepiness you see around you is likely what you are experiencing.
In order to have a better grasp on the health hazards of reading, I found a study from the University of Maryland. The study, which was conducted by Dr. David Healy, the Head of the Sleep Center, found that reading causes a number of different disorders. One of the disorders that the study says is most closely linked to reading is sleep apnea.
Sleep apnea is actually a medical condition in which your body stops working properly and you can’t breathe properly. It’s pretty common. It can be treated and you can get some relief from it. But in order to get the full benefit from it, you have to give up the reading habit.
Dr. Healy has conducted the study with the help of a patient named Peter. Peter was a guy who had been bed-ridden for years and was still very, very sick. He was not in his right mind, and he had no idea why he was still suffering from sleep apnea. He knew he needed to give up reading but was afraid that if he did, he might die. However, this was not an option for him.
The cure for this condition is a new gadget called the Sleep-Away. It is essentially a sleep mask with a built-in battery that keeps the wearer awake and aware. Peter’s new gadget is a little more advanced and can even make him able to breathe through an oxygen tank. This is good news for people with this condition, but there are still many people out there who don’t want to give up the reading habit just because they couldn’t take the risk of going to the doctor.
This comes from the fact that sleep-aids are typically thought of as a dangerous and uncomfortable thing, and you can imagine the reaction of many to Peters invention.
This gadget is also a lot more expensive than a regular oxygen tank, which means that it can be a good way to avoid going to the doctor, but it also means that it is a potentially dangerous thing to be wearing all the time. In other words, while this gadget may be safer than going to the doctor every time, it is still potentially dangerous. Peters new gadget is also a little more advanced and can even make him able to breathe through an oxygen tank.
Peters invention is actually more dangerous than a regular oxygen tank. Since the oxygen tank itself is a fireproof, fireproof, fireproof device, and even though it is being used, it cannot be used with his new gadget.
