I had a Jawbone Watcher app years ago, and I still have that app. It was pretty basic, but I was able to track my calories, my activity level, etc. It was pretty decent, but it didn’t have all of the bells and whistles that I would expect from a good app. The only problem I had with that app was that it was fairly expensive, and I had to keep it charged every few days, because I knew I was going to need it.
I have to agree with you there. I feel like many apps have become so popular and require you to have so many of them that you forget how to take care of your body and your diet. My weight loss apps were pretty good, but they were also quite expensive. Today, I have a few apps on my phone that track everything important. This is way better than just telling you to pick up the phone and find a few apps on your phone.
You don’t have to worry about running out of batteries on your phone. Just look at the app icon on your phone’s home screen: it’s like a flashlight that will take you to a store for a new battery. You can use your phone for a few days straight.
The more apps you add, the more you can track your health. You dont have to run to the store every time your phone dies. It will do it automatically for you. It will tell you about the battery life, whether or not the phone is in range of a charging dock, your location, and the usage history. Sounds a lot like the apps I used to use, but it’s actually a lot better on my phone because it’s constantly telling me about my health.
