I’ve always wanted to be a painter. I’ve always wanted to paint. That was until I got stuck in kindergarten. It’s a rough time for artists. I was a year old when I got stuck in kindergarten and that’s when I started to feel really lost. I had lost my own vision. I had lost my own way of looking at things. I had lost my own way of looking at myself.
Drawing pictures in kindergarten is a rite of passage. Most kids get stuck in art class, but it’s not always the same thing. There are the weird kids who start drawing and paint and the more confident kids who never get stuck in art class. The fact is, most kids who get stuck in art class are the ones who think they know it all. They have all of the answers and they have all of the skills, but they don’t.
Artists are the ones who are able to let go of the answers they already have and instead see what their hands can do. Many of us were once the artists, but we have now lost the ability to draw. When we draw, we are doing something that we have a part of ourselves that we can share. We are being artists, not just drawing pictures.
Now we are artists. We are sharing our bodies and our souls, and not just our souls.
The problem is that people who try to be artists today have lost the art part of themselves. Because it has become so hard to draw, they have also lost the way to share themselves with others. Without the ability to see themselves, to give others a part of themselves that they can see, they have lost the ability to be artists. It’s as if the artist has lost touch with the part of themselves that they used to share.
This is not to say that we have lost our gift. We are still artists. We still share ourselves for art. But we’ve lost the ability to share ourselves with others. And this is why I’m so excited at this moment in history.
Art is one of the ways in which we share ourselves, but it’s also one of the most difficult ways to share yourself. It’s a difficult road to take because of all the things that you have to take with you. A painting is something you have to take with you. A drawing is something you can take with you. A painting is something you have to hang on your wall. A drawing is something you can take on your phone or computer. Art is something you have to create.
That’s exactly right. A drawing can be created anywhere, on a computer, tablet, or phone, but a painting isn’t just something you can create anywhere. A painting has to be hung somewhere and be something you like. It can’t be something you just want to scribble on a paper. A painting is something you have to live with until you die. In fact, the only way you create a good picture is if you take a photo of it.
There are a lot of ways to get a painting done. You can take a picture, print it out, or take an image and paint over it. You can take a photo and add paint to it, or you can take the canvas and paint over it. You can take a photograph and add paint to it, or you can take the canvas and paint over it. You can take a photograph and add paint to it, or you can take the canvas and paint over it.
My friend Matt has this theory that the best way to get a painting done is to just take a picture and paint over it. When you take a picture, you don’t have to do any work at all. In fact, you can just start painting over an image. It feels a bit like cheating, but it works.
