I find that when I talk to people about a health issue, they are either very focused on the symptoms or totally ignore everything I have to say. I’m here to help them shift their focus onto the positive. I’m here to help them see that their health issue is not a symptom of their life. It’s their life.
I just read an article about an interesting new product, nedley health solutions. I also saw an interview with the founder of the company, who claims that he is the first person to develop a diet and fitness product that claims to prevent cancer, stroke, heart disease, diabetes, and other diseases.
To me the key words here are “diet” and “fitness.” As I’ve mentioned in previous blogs, I do a lot of research on health issues, and I’ve been doing lots of reading about new products and supplements. I even did an interview with the founder of nedley health solutions to get some more insight on how he thinks they can help people improve their health.
Nedley Health Solutions are a company that has been around for many years now. The question is how much do i really need to know about them before I sign up. I started with their healthy food supplement, a product that claims to help you reduce your risk for chronic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and some types of cancer.
What I found is that you don’t need to know a whole lot about them to benefit from them. Nedley claims to have over 9 million customers and that their products are being used by over 150 million people around the world, making them one of the healthiest companies on the planet. So, if you’re not looking to take their supplements, you can be pretty safe.

The problem is finding them. While they do have a site that helps people find their supplements, it doesn’t seem to have a great track record. There are hundreds of different products on their site, for a few of which there are no descriptions at all. For some reason there are claims that are either too general or completely wrong, like that they help people sleep better. There is no mention of sleepiness as a side effect in the one page they provide on the side.
So I reached out to Nedley Health Solutions and was surprised to get a response. They have a great site with tons of information. They are not big on the advertising themselves though. They have a great phone number they can call to get more information. I’m sure they can do better, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a response.
The health supplement site looks great but there is no mention of sleep. That’s because they specifically state sleep as a side effect, which is why the site looks bad.
For those of you that are interested in sleep, I thought I would mention Sleepis.com. They are a very nice site especially for sleep, and it’s a good place to start. They also have a sleep tracker that you can use that is free.
