I believe that the human body has a limited amount of energy in it. This is very true for the mind as well. Many of us don’t have the mental energy to focus and process everything that we are experiencing or experiencing right now. The more we try to process something, the more we focus on the problem and miss out on the life experience. We have a limited amount of energy and in order to function well, we must constantly use this energy.
We all have a finite amount of energy in our bodies. What is used to perform body functions will be drained from our bodies. This is why getting the body and mind to function at optimum efficiency is essential. It is also why any type of diet or exercise plan or a detox program or anything that helps to keep our body functioning is essential.
This goes back to the energy problem. Having a good lifestyle and having enough energy to perform a task is a good thing. The problem is when we don’t have enough energy we can’t perform our daily activities and are unable to function in life. We can’t walk away from our desk job, we can’t go bowling, we can’t go to the gym and we can’t get our hair done.
I hate to be so blunt, but you can’t just live off energy for a day. You need to eat that energy. I mean, you’re a human, you need to eat food so your body can function properly. And if you dont eat it, you wont be able to function.

I’m sure I could make do with a snack between lunch and dinner every day. But for me, eating candy is one of those occasions where I feel obligated to eat something because it’s all I can think about.

We have all been there, and to be honest it feels like it is something that is on a need to know basis. I know all the time having a bad day, but if I just ate a piece of candy in the past, it would be the end of me.
