I can’t even imagine how much suffering that is. The list goes on and on. I’m not saying that everyone who has ever felt like this is alone, I’m just saying that it isn’t something that many of us experience. I’m talking about the self-awareness that comes from all of the mental health struggles that you have.
I think a lot of people who have experienced mental health issues have found that the first thing that comes to mind when they think about how they feel is “I’m sad.” It’s almost as if it was never enough and now it is the only thing that can feel comfortable.
There is a term called “perma mental health” that basically means “permanently stuck.” All of the mental health issues that we have in our lives are permanent. If we can’t move on with our lives, we’re stuck. The problem is that even when we leave a bad situation, we feel like we aren’t doing anything to move on.
Many people feel that this is the case with mental health. I disagree. There is always something that could be done to improve it. The only thing that changes is ourselves.
The problem is that in the US, we generally have a stigma for being mentally ill. In most cases, the stigma is that you are mentally sick. It’s not that the people who have mental health issues are sick, it’s that because of the stigma, they are not able to do anything about it. The problem is that we have created this massive barrier between ourselves and our brains. We are stuck in this loop of our brains not moving on and not being able to change.
The problem isn’t the illness, it’s the stigma. Many people feel that they are somehow bad-ass or special because they have been through it all. They don’t seem to realize that they are nothing to be ashamed of, they are just people. So when people with mental illness come up to me and say, “You are one of the most beautiful people I have ever met,” they are not saying that I am a beautiful person. I am just someone with mental health issues.
To be fair, I do have a history of mental health issues. But my parents have always been very open and supportive. I think the stigma surrounding mental illness has become too big too easy to ignore. When a mental illness is in the news, people often have an easy time believing that it’s more serious than it actually is.
It’s not that mental illnesses aren’t a big issue, but they don’t get a lot of media attention. They’re just not as visible as diseases like cancer, heart disease, etc. It’s not that mental health issues aren’t visible, but they’re not in the news. I think this is because the stigma associated with mental health is so big that some people think that no one with mental health issues deserves attention.
I think this is because we get so wrapped up in our mental illnesses that we can’t see how they are affecting us. We can’t be in the moment and not feel sadness or fear for things that we have no control over. We can’t be in the moment and look at something and not feel angry with someone we care about. We can’t be in the moment and look at the world and see how bad it is.
But maybe it is so big that no one has been able to look at these things and be able to help other people. Maybe if we all just had more awareness of mental health issues that we could help other people feel better and be able to take control of our lives.
