I hope you are starting to get the idea of the way that we should work. We should work to be more aware of our bodies, our emotions, our thoughts, and our desires. This means that if we work on getting rid of the control we have over the way we feel and the things we do, our lives will be much better.
I’m not saying that everyone should get rid of their control over those things. I’m saying that it’s good for us to be aware of those things so that we can choose to use the control we have so that we can make better choices. I think that having the awareness can make the task of getting rid of those things much easier.
