One of the most important words in the dictionary is that word “premise,” and I am guilty of using it to describe myself more than most. I think there is a reason why so many people call me “the queen of premise health.” I’m not going to lie and say I am a great believer in premise health.
I like my premise healthy because it keeps me on a nice level. I don’t have a lot of it, but I do like it.
My premise health is pretty decent. I have a healthy body weight, I eat healthy foods, drink lots of water, and I generally exercise. But I do not wear my premise health hat on a consistent basis. I usually get a little lazy with it and just do a lot of the opposite of what I am doing. I mean, I love the outdoors, but it is something that is a part of my life that I dont do a lot of, I am lazy about it.
I have a lot of things going on in my life that make me think that a lot of the time I am not doing anything healthy. For example, I am on my third date with this girl this weekend and I am really enjoying it. But she knows I am not going to let her know the truth about my health because she is a bit jealous. I am also on my second date and that girl is not as into me as I thought she would be.
One of those things that makes me think I am a lazy person is my health. My doctor has told me that if I keep cutting my food in half, I will die. I have been trying to figure out a way to keep that from happening and I am going to try a lot of different things. I have also tried to eat healthy when I was younger, but since then I have changed my diet.
The good news is that it’s not a lifestyle issue. You can change a lot of things about your life if you put in the effort. You can also change your eating habits even if you don’t see a drastic change in your health. The bad news is that when it comes to health, we are not always aware of what we are doing. I would hate to die and find out my girlfriend doesn’t like me or something.
I am a firm believer that change is inevitable, and I feel it is more important to change things in your life now than to wait years to get things changed. I think if you don’t take the small steps, then you won’t know how to get things done.
