It was a strange one; Primal Health Lp’s original description of the site didn’t really reflect the content they’ve come up with. In my opinion, it’s a good thing they’re trying to make a good video game out of their blog. This isn’t a game about having great health, but it’s about how the basics of nutrition could have a detrimental effect on your health. It’s also a look at why what we eat can affect our physical and mental health.
You are very likely familiar with the primal health lps. This is the site that has been around since 2007, and has brought some serious controversy to the health benefits of eating meat. Its not a site that promotes the benefits of eating meat in some “new-agey” way, but rather a site that examines the underlying factors that make meat so unhealthy. The site has been criticized by some health authorities about the nutritional benefits of eating meat.
At its core the website is an article search engine that ranks these articles by how many people have written about the topic at hand. The site is based on the idea that the more people who write about the topic, the more authoritative the information is. This is a good thing, but the same is not true when it comes to the nutritional benefits of meat. The site is full of research, articles that can be pretty controversial, and the comments section is usually full of people looking for more information.
So what does it all mean? Well it means the site is a good source of information, but it can be difficult to find the information you are looking for when it isn’t in the hands of the people who wrote about the topic in the first place.

We feel that the information on this site, while well researched, is not always backed by solid research. Because of this, we have decided to change the way we list the nutritional benefits of food. We have decided to only list the “reasons” that we feel support the claim and have not been backed by solid research.
We believe that the best way to help people understand the health benefits of a food is to clearly list the reasons why it has the potential to improve health. The reason being that you can’t really prove that a food is good for your health without solid research. However, if you are looking for a food to improve your health, please make sure that the claims are backed up by solid research.
As one of the founders of Frugal Gourmet, I strongly believe that food is the most basic necessity for our bodies and that we should be eating it all the time. This doesn’t mean that you should be eating a ton of processed junk. I do however recommend that when the time comes to eat something, that you not only eat it once, but that you eat it without hesitation.
The problem is that there are so many things out there claiming that they have “solved” all of your health woes. One of the biggest problems with this is that nearly everything out there is based on hype, and it’s all based on the idea that the person who invented the “solution” says it works for them.
