My goal for this month is to go back and forth between what I eat and how I feel. I feel like I’m really going to kick my food habit this month, so that makes sense, but my food habits, in general, have been pretty good lately. My hair, for example, was never this nice.
Well, the biggest change in the past year has been that I have learned how to live without relying on food or anything else “natural” to keep me alive. I went from living on a steady diet of raw plant food (which, by the way, is still very unhealthy for you) to a diet that includes just a few healthy, organic vegetables and lean protein sources.

I think that’s why I’ve developed what I call “reliance home health,” which is basically a program where people can choose to follow a diet that they have already found that works for them, or follow a diet that the body is already accustomed to.
Dependency home health is a great idea. It is a great idea for people who are trying to learn how to get their bodies back into a state where they dont feel so crappy, and at the same time its a great idea for people who dont want a bunch of needles shoved up their asses.
Dependency home health is a great concept, but what if you do it wrong, or if you just dont like what youre eating? Well that is how reliant home health ends up being abused.
