It’s an interesting idea, but what I find even more interesting is that they even give you a list of things that you should do on a daily basis. Now I’m not saying “do those things” but rather “use those things” and you can be pretty sure that the people on the Sequim Health and Rehabs website would have at least one thing on the list that they would find useful.
On the Sequim Health and Rehabs website, you can find a list of every single one of the things they suggest you do on a daily basis. They even have a section that has the most used tools for these things, and a section that explains how to control your anger, how to manage your alcohol consumption, how to use your phone, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
Now, I’m not saying that you should be doing all of these things, but I am saying that if you do, you should be doing them a lot. Also, make sure you have a place online where you can keep a list of how much you’re getting done on a daily basis.
I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to go to sequim health / rehab, but if youre doing so, you should probably start with your own personal assistant or at least a very good friend. This is because there are three main areas of your life that you need to address: your health, your money, and your relationship.
