I’m going to use clay to make some fun stuff for my kids, as well as a few extra things for myself for next year. I made some new clay pots for my son and his friends, and I’ll be showing them off next fall. I have one more pot ready to go too.

I’ve been experimenting with different shapes, different textures and thicknesses. I’m going to get back into it and try to get a few of those cool shapes.

Clay is definitely an interesting material to work with, and I think that learning how to work with it well is a great skill to have.

Whether you want to sit in your backyard and paint or you want to paint in your yard or your garage or whatever garden spot you happen to have, there is always something that can be painted. This is pretty much true for clay.
