I wrote this for my website and here is how it evolved into a full-fledged mission statement for myself. I put it out there to make sure that I was being transparent and that I was doing my part to better the world.
The mission statement is a way for me to state what I’m all about, and I think it’s a great idea. I know that most people have a pretty clear idea of what they want to achieve and what they don’t want to do, but it’s important to keep things in perspective. Also, I like to keep things simple, so while I can talk about my health goals, I can also talk about my mental health goals too.
I like to keep things simple, people. I think people should be able to understand what Im all about, and I like to write them down. But even if you don’t, I think its important to talk about how you are going to reach your health goals. I’m not here to yell about people being lazy, or being too lazy, or being lazy in general.
That’s exactly why I try to keep my health goals simple. Too many people are obsessed with their health, and just think it should be a focus of their day. Instead, I try to motivate people to just get their bodies working a little bit better. Maybe that means going for a walk, or getting a massage, or going to the gym, or starting a workout class. If you can do that, great! If not, well you could always work on a health class.
I have a few health goals that I consider to be low priority, but still important. The first is to get to a point where I can walk unassisted without feeling faint from exhaustion, and the second is to get to the point where I feel like I can actually breathe without having to fight through a strong chest wind. The best way to do that is to figure out a way to get in a little bit of light cardio or stretching.
These two are pretty simple. But what about the third goal? Well, if you are able to do the other two, and you need to get to the point that you can walk unassisted, then this is a big deal for you. It means you have a physical health goal and a mental health goal. That means that you don’t have to put all your energy into one of them.
So if you want to keep your heart rate up, you can take a minute to stretch, just focus on moving your arms and shoulders. You can do this either sitting or standing.
When youre in this state you are not in a time loop, but you are in a sort of time loop loop. In the time loop loop you are in a permanent state of time loop. This is a state where there is no conscious awareness of what is happening, but your body is still responding to it consciously. In physical health you are still getting nutrition and hydration, the same for mental health.
In the time loop loop your body responds to your brain in the same way that a clock counts seconds. This is the most amazing thing about time loops. When your body reacts as if you are in a normal time loop, your body is responding to a time loop. When your brain reacts to your body in the same way, and your body is reacting to a time loop, it’s a time loop loop.
This is kind of like gravity. You can use the same formula to calculate how far you have to go in a time loop to be suspended in it.
