I am a believer in the idea that we have three dimensions of health, one called health awareness, one called self-awareness, and one called health action.
While we have the most obvious one of health awareness, which is what we think of when we say ‘health’, the second of our three dimensions, self-awareness, is one of my favorite dimensions because it applies to everything from our thought processes to how we behave.
For most people, health action is the most obvious one of our three dimensions. It is the number one word in the English language, and it describes all the things we do to stay alive. This one is also the most important. Health action is the number one reason people die. If you have a problem with your health action, you will die. If you have a problem with your health awareness, you will die. If you have a problem with your self-awareness, you will die.
Health action is very important because it is the only thing we can see. We can’t see the other two dimensions. We can’t see the others because they affect health action and self-awareness. But when we take a look at our health action, we can see other things that we can’t see.
This is an important distinction. We can’t see the other dimensions of health because they affect both health action and self-awareness. But when we look at our health action, we see other things we don’t see. We see that our health action is working. We see that we are not getting sick. We see that our health action is working. We see that we are not getting sick. This is important because it shows that our health action is working just as well as its not.
The key to health action is that it doesn’t affect the other dimensions of health. For example, it doesn’t affect the feelings one has about one’s own health. A person with a low level of self-awareness may not even be aware that his health action is working. He may think he still feels sick but he’s not. A person with low health action may be still feeling sick but he’s not.
Self-awareness is probably the single most important life skill you should learn to improve your life. Without it, you won’t be able to handle the stresses and strains of life. If you have a low level of health action, you won’t be able to deal with the stresses and strains of life. To have a high level of health action, you have to have the ability to recognize when your action is working. The other dimensions of health are not affected by the health action.
The fact is that your health is the most important part of your life. It is both the most important part of your life and the key factor that determines whether or not you live to be 100 years old. You cannot improve your health, you cannot even really know if you are sick. You will only be able to know that you have a low-level health action, and that is the only thing that can actually affect the other two dimensions of health.
Some people are more prone to getting sick in general, others have a more drastic impact on their health action. It is because of this that you should always look for a way to have multiple health actions at the same time.
The question on everyone’s mind is, “What happens when you have a high-level health action?” The answer to that is that a high-level health action can affect any of your other health actions, and that causes them to change. So you can have a high-level health action that affects your health action, and then when you have a high-level health action, then when you have a high-level health action, you will have a lower-level health action.
