To make this pumpkin go even farther, I added a zingy flavor to the recipe. It really added another dimension to the dish I can never resist.
And yes, I had to make it as spicy as I can with this recipe. You know, there’s not a lot of room in the world for spicy.

If you have diabetes and have problems with high blood sugar, it’s best to eat “healthy” foods with the most sugar in them. In this case, that means white rice, as the high sugar content will give you trouble.
