A group of kindergarten girls create a craft using turkey meat to make a turkey craft. They take a turkey and chop it up into strips, using their scissors to make them into long shapes. The meat is then shredded and mixed in with the strips to make a turkey. The assembly and disassembly are done with the turkey pieces.

I have a bit of a thing for kids. I have a son who is 3 and a girl who is 6. Both of them have a penchant for the arts and crafts and they are always finding ways to make things. I often find myself saying, “You know, that art project your dad did for you is so much better than anything I could have done because your dad really put some effort into it.

He is more of a visual person than I am, and I think he is starting to realize that even though I write and draw and paint, I don’t have any talent with anything really.

For instance, I have a friend who is a kindergarten teacher. She usually has a dozen kids in her class, all of whom are in elementary school. When a kid is in her class, she will give them a chance to create something with their hands.
So her son is in her class and she’s giving him the opportunity to create something with his hands, but he can’t remember what he created. You know what to do though. You have just made a new tradition for your son, and you’re letting him go out and create something with his hands.
It’s a great idea. One of my favorite traditions of my son is to create a new tradition every time he has fun. His friends and family will be so happy! So this would make a great way for him to pass the time while still having fun.
