I’m sure that the majority of you are familiar with the term “the uw health odana.” This term refers to the natural ability to heal yourself naturally. This is something that has been taught and practiced throughout the ages. Many people are afraid to think about it because they don’t know where to start.
I think that everyone needs to be aware of this innate healing ability and use it accordingly. For example, if you’re starting a new workout regime and you dont have a good recovery time, your recovery time will be shorter. This will not only result in your workouts being less effective, but you will also be less efficient in your workouts because your body will not be able to get the nutrients and fluids it needs for a full workout.
If you start a workout regimen, you must then take time to recovery. This is where the concept of your “health odana.” Health odana is the ability to fully recover your body without an obvious injury. This is why we call it “natural.
When we say “natural,” we are referring to the fact that it doesn’t involve using a big stick to poke a hole into a person’s body. It is a sort of “clean-up”. You don’t have to worry about a person’s blood sugar, kidney function, cholesterol levels and so on. It is a simple and natural form of healing.
The thing is that a person is not healed without an injury. If you are injured, you will need to take time out of your day to heal or you will become weaker. For the most part, we only require time out of our day to heal. If you are not injured, you are simply healing, but it takes longer.
The fact is that healing is a natural part of life. We just need to learn how to do it the right way. For most of human history, this was mostly a matter of learning to use a stone knife (or a stick) to slice through flesh, and then to make a wound on the same spot.
This is similar to how we are born and are growing. We learn to eat, but we need to learn to learn how to do the same thing over. This is the essence of “learning to live.” This means that we need to learn how to do things the right way. One of the most common mistakes we make is in neglecting to learn how to do things the correct way.
It is important to learn how to do things the correct way, because the wrong way will hurt you. Even the medical profession is aware of this, with some people having to take more than their share of medication in order to learn to do things the correct way. I don’t think this is a big surprise. We all learn how to use tools the correct way. We all learn how to build our bodies and we all learn how to make our living.
But this is the big surprise. It’s not that we all learn how to use tools the correct way, but that we have so much trouble learning how to do it the right way. We have so much trouble learning how to do things the right way that we use the wrong way instead. We spend so much time getting it wrong that it’s actually in our best interest to get it right when it counts.
So when you wake up in the morning, what do you do first? Does your first thought be, “What am I going to do today?” or, “What do I want to do today?” or, “What do I want to do with my life?” Instead you might take a minute to think, “What am I going to do with my day today?” and then you go about your day.
