If you don’t know what a Valentine’s basket is, you’re not alone. Most of us think of it a little the same way we think of a gift basket. The purpose of a basket is to hold the gifts you want to give that are special to you. While most bachelorette parties are filled with gifts, valentines day baskets are a different matter.
Valentines day baskets are almost always filled with things like cards, teddy bears, and jewelry, but at my very first valentines day event I had no idea what to get for my little guy. It was a beautiful day and I had some fancy treats and some of my favorite toys, but we had no idea what to get him.
The first thing to know about valentines day baskets is exactly what they are and why you should get them. I’m a big fan of baskets for kids because I think they’re a great way to give a gift without going overboard and getting everything. For example: I recently took a picture of my son with his new toy soldier and I could see that he really wanted this toy.
Basically, it is like a little “wedding cake” for him. It is just a little basket of things that he loves but don’t necessarily like. I personally love using this basket for him to take to the bathroom or to put in the laundry.
This is a great example of what I mean about giving a gift without being over-the-top. The toy soldier is cute and he loves it, but my son really wanted it. I was not about to let him have it just because his parents decided to make him some Valentine’s day baskets for his class party. Also, I know he will be getting the toy soldier later but I wanted to get his attention first.
I got a fun idea for a gift idea for my son that I really enjoyed. My son is a huge fan of Star Wars so I got him a toy soldier from his class. I figured they would have a fun Star Wars themed gift so I wanted to give something that would be meaningful to him and he could show it to his parents (as I was his teacher for his class party).
I think he is going to love this one. The toy soldier has a laser gun and a lightsaber that fires real laser beams. When it’s activated, it’s like a laser beam that shoots out at the enemy. I imagine it will be a great way for my son to show his love of Star Wars and his parents will surely love it.
