I’ve always been fascinated by self-awareness. Since the age of 6, I’ve been constantly studying the human body and how it functions and functions. When I was in the fourth grade, I would do the “science experiment” to see how the human body functions. As I got older, I began to really observe the body and the way that it functions.
This got me to thinking about what self-awareness is. When you look at or study the human body, you might observe parts and features that you don’t like. You might find yourself getting frustrated, or upset, or angry. I wanted to know if this could be because of something about the human body and what you can do to change that.
So this was my experiment. I was going to take a bunch of different parts of the human body and put them in a jar and put them in a refrigerator. In the morning, I would take a look at all of the parts and see if they fit into that jar. If they did, I was good to go. If they didn’t, I would figure out why they didn’t.
This was a lot of fun! I ended up with a bunch of things that I really liked. Like the parts of the body that were the most elastic. Like the ribcage, which is the largest muscle in the body. And the muscles on the back of the legs. And the muscles in the face. And the muscles in the arms. And the muscles in the elbows. And the muscles in the shoulder blades.
That said, the parts of the body that you can’t actually see are probably the most elastic, so if you’re like me and you have a hard time seeing the muscles in the back of the legs, you probably dont have the same problem as I do. If you really just think that your arms are the biggest muscle in the body, you’ll probably be okay.
The issue with muscles is that they are very fragile. The only time you can really see them is when they are stretched really tight, and then you know they are stretched very thin. This is why you see guys with huge muscles all over their bodies, but also why you see guys with smaller muscles all over their bodies. Because you cant really see the muscle in the arms and the shoulder blades.
There are several different types of muscle, and they all require different types of exercise. Most people get strong by doing “high intensity” exercise, which means that you are doing intense exercise in a high effort way. This type of exercise can be found in strength training, cardio-vascular exercise, and bodyweight exercises. Low intensity exercises like stretching, yoga, and tai-chi are done at lower intensity and for shorter amounts of times.
For the most part, the more you exercise, the stronger you will get. But there are some exceptions. Stretching is an example of low intensity. It is still exercising the muscle at the same rate as you would any other muscle, but it is still trying to flex and stretch. This type of stretching is also why you don’t need a gym membership or a gym membership card.

For example, you would not feel the tension in your shoulder and neck when doing crunches, or a push-up, because youre not going to be doing the same amount of work. It is the same for cardio exercises. The muscles are the same, but the body’s metabolic rate is different. This is why you can work out on your own for about 4 mins and feel as good as you did before. It’s basically how you get strong.
