I see a lot of women in my office who are in good physical shape, but who have no interest in being physically active. They say they don’t have the time, patience, or energy to exercise. I have found that the first step towards getting more active in your life is to acknowledge that you do have time and you have the energy to exercise.

In general, women have been told that they don’t have time, they need to take care of things in the family, and they are too old to take care of themselves. This view has been so pervasive that it has become the norm in some circles. In fact, it’s so normalized that many parents will actually refuse to let their children do sports.

Well, if you take the time to acknowledge that there is a time and place to exercise, you may be surprised to find that you actually already have time to exercise. I recently found myself in a gym with no time to exercise because I had a big project due. I had to rush to finish it, and I have to admit that once I thought about it I could have still exercised at home, but I decided it was probably better to do it at the gym.

This is one of those situations where you have to decide if you have enough time and energy to exercise. If you aren’t sure, try to pick a spot that you can exercise in. I do cardio, but I also walk around the neighborhood for about 15 to 20 minutes, and that’s about all I do. Sometimes I try to do sit ups and push ups, and that usually takes longer than that, but I think it’s worth it.

I did a lot of walking when I was in college, but that was for the reasons you probably didn’t hear but I have now. I loved walking, and I feel like that’s the only time I exercised in my life I still remember. So this probably makes me sound like a bad person, but I really don’t want to do it anymore.

I’ve been talking about it a lot lately. So I guess I should have said something about it. I guess I should have tried. I dunno. I usually try to stay out of it. I dont know why.

I’ve noticed that women that have had babies recently (or recently had some physical change I dont think they will ever be able to change back) seem to have a lot more problems than when their periods were shorter. I’m sure men are just as bad but its kind of hard to tell. I wonder if its just because the stress of pregnancy seems to increase the risk of having problems.

But I can tell you that if you have a problem, you should take it to a doctor. That’s what I would do. I’d get my medical knowledge from the internet, and I’d see the doctor. Then I’d take my pain medication, and I’d stay busy until I had a chance to go to the doctor.

So what do you do if you have a problem? I’m sure you probably already took a look at the internet but if you don’t know where to go and what to do, I’m sure you would have asked someone you trusted. Like I would.

Most of the time a doctor is a person who takes a lot of your health problems seriously. The other day I was at a doctor’s waiting room and I asked him for a refill on my pain medication. He looked at me and said, “You’re a doctor? I thought you were a nurse.” I said, “Well, I’m a doctor, but I’m not a nurse.” He said, “Well, you can go to the nurse’s office then.
